"EVERGIVEN" was struck by strong winds and deviated from its course. It ran aground on the Suez Canad river,and causing hundreds of freighters to be blocked at both ends of the canal. The "EVERGIVEN" freighter is one of the world's largest active container ships. Due to its huge tonnage,  it was unable to correct its course within a short time.
